I recently got this AWESOME digital pressure cooker and have been thinking of what I can cook in it!!! I finally had this great idea to cook Grandpa's Traditional Potatoes, Spinach and Carrots! It was delish! And Dusty and Brackon enjoyed it too!!! I want to make it a tradition in our family! I don't know how often, but to at least cook it! :)
As I was eating it, I thought it would be the perfect post for our blog!!!

Well we decided to have Grandpa Vernell lunch for fathers day! It was great! We were weak and also had a steak by the side of it. We decided to call it Nell stew! and we are going to have it quite often I hope. You know it woulden't taste that without all that butter
